Netwise Resources is a national IT Managed Services company, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Netwise has company locations in 10 states including Kentucky, Florida, and California. We currently are expanding into Ohio and have an opportunity for full time IT Solutions Sales Specialist.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking motivated, experienced and qualified candidates to join our sales team to grow our current customer base as well as expand our service offerings with our current customer base throughout Northeast Ohio.
As an IT Solutions Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities as well as expand our service offerings with our current customer base throughout Northeast Ohio.
The IT Solutions Sales Specialist must have prior success in prospecting, identifying, qualifying and closing high quality business opportunities.
In addition, candidates must:
:Have prior success selling to owner and management levels of small and medium sized companies as well as institutional education organizations.
:Have a successful history of selling against the incumbent vendor and regular competition in a competitive B2B sales market is preferred.
:Have excellent technical knowledge and the ability to interpret technical language for non:technical people.
:Be a creative self:starter and work well with a team as well as independently.
:This position requires all aspects of the sales process. Therefore, one must have a track record of finding and closing new opportunities while also growing a current account base.
:Have the ability to sell consultatively and not on price. Having excellent problem solving skills is critical in helping our clients achieve success.
:Have high character. You are trustworthy, authentic, and do what you say you will do.
:You are a learner. Able to be trained, take responsibility for your actions, and are able to be coached to improve.
:Have a record of exceeding expected performance and goals.
:Be able to demonstrate selling skills.
:Experience in selling business to business IT solutions using telephone, direct mail, and other marketing campaigns
:General awareness of data and network technologies and solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft Applications, Server and Desktop configurations, IT software and hardware marketplace.
:Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast:paced, dynamic customer environment, with ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence in teams knowledge of and concern for customers business needs.
:Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
:Strong interpersonal skills, with willingness to initiate communication with a large and diverse customer set
:Strong dedication to detail and organization
:Strong verbal and written communications skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in simple terms.
:You must be goal oriented and have evidence of reaching ambitious goals through tactical planning, effective execution, and the ability to learn and adapt from your mistakes.
:A 4:year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required .
