Food Service Captain - Randstad (Akron, OH)

Performs various food service duties in a hospital kitchen environment. Specific duties include assembly, delivery and retrieval of patient trays, cleaning large pots/pans, dishes and carts, and setting up food service in the cafeteria. Operation of various kitchen machinery including sanitation equipment is also required. Working hours: 11:30am - 8:00pm Qualified candidates must have the ability to meet the physical demands of this position. This includes being active and on feet most of the day, lifting, pushing and pulling objects that can occasionally be heavy weight. Candidates must also possess effective verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating a helpful and pleasant manner when working with patients, visitors, co-workers and hospital personnel.
