Job Description The High School Admissions Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for the growth of High School enrollment outcomes within his or her campus/market. This position is responsible for managing a defined territory with responsibilities to include developing and managing relationships with influencers within high schools located in their defined territory, scheduling and conducting quality workshops to high school seniors, and procuring high school enrollments via the application and embodiment of needs based relationship skills. These relationships should produce a solid presence within the local community culminating in high school enrollment growth consistent with Campus and College goals and objectives. Job Requirements 1. Meet or exceed established personal new enrollment goals that support attainment of campus enrollment goals. 2. Meet or exceed lead generation and conversion objectives that support attainment of campus lead generation and conversion objectives. 3. Utilize professional needs based relationship principles to develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders that lead to attainment of lead and enrollment outcomes/growth. 4. Meet or exceed activity objectives necessary to support attainment of enrollment objectives to include appointment setting, visits and follow-up. 5. Meet or exceed activity objectives necessary to support attainment of lead and territory growth objectives to include appointment setting, visits and follow-up. 6. Develop and deliver quality workshops that meet the needs of the teacher, engage the student, accurately portray the value of the College and generate interest in the College as a viable collegiate alternative for the local high school population. 7. Develop, lead and participate in all high school admissions functions/events. 8. Play a role in the development, implementation and execution of High School Annual Strategic Plans. 9. Uncover and address opportunities to expand geographical footprint of high school enrollment efforts. 10. Develop ability and propensity relative to the inclusion of parents in all components of traditional enrollment process. 11. Perform complete and timely admissions activity consistently to your territory, including, but not limited to workshop bookings, confirmations, account development, college fairs, advisory boards, field trips, student enrollment, retention and follow-up.
