You will be handling calls from people who have contributed or expressed an interest in the cause or organization asking for a contribution or renewing memberships. We work with nationally known organizations such as College Republicans and the NRA. Non Profit - In the Nonprofit center, you will have the unique opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives EVERY DAY! Make and receive calls to help raise funds and provide customer care for some of the largest Nonprofit organizations like St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the American Heart Association. Quality Assurance - The Quality Assurance Analyst listens to completed calls to evaluate the performance and quality of the presentations. Provisioning Specialists require you to check the accuracy of each record to ensure all data is correct. All of the positions require you to have excellent listening skills and attention to detail. Business Services - As a Business Account Manager, you will build B2B relationships from the ground up. Helping business leaders find smart solutions for their business needs. The ideal candidate is business savvy with a love for sales.
