Job Description
The University is seeking a qualified Candidate to assist with Development of a Facilities and Administrative Cost Rate Program which is used on grants and contracts based on Modified Total Direct Cost.? The computation of the rate will be based on data for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016.
+ Ability to review our existing system.? Candidate must be able to accept information from PeopleSoft formats or Microsoft software programs.
+ Computation must comply with the guidelines and requirements as stated in A-21, Cost Accounting Standards, and Federal Acquisition Regulations.
+ Review costing issues.
+ Assist in the completion of a Space Survey to be used in calculating the operations and maintenance component.
+ Review depreciation computations.
+ Final development of the proposal.
+ Negotiation of the indirect cost rate proposal.
Qualifications
+ Candidate should have Ability to review existing system and must be able to accept information from PeopleSoft formats or Microsoft software programs.
+ Computation must comply with the guidelines and requirements as stated in A-21, Cost Accounting Standards, and Federal Acquisition Regulations.
+ Candidate should have experience Reviewing costing issues.
+ Candidate should have experience Assisting in the completion of a Space Survey to be used in calculating the operations and maintenance component.
+ Candidate should have experience Reviewing depreciation computations.
+ Candidate should have experience with Final development of the proposal.
+ Candidate should have experience with Negotiation of the indirect cost rate proposal
+ Candidate should demonstrate past experience developing, supporting, and executing a well-defined campaign in a comparable organization or institution of higher education.
